All bets placed on Matbet are subject to the platform's sports betting rules. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. These limits are outlined in the sportsbook and may vary by sport or market type. Matbet reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict markets for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, Matbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their bets voided and may face account review.
The casino and slot games available on Matbet are provided by third-party software providers. Game availability may change from time to time. Matbet does not guarantee that any specific game will remain available on the platform indefinitely.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from live dealer studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome of the game will be determined by the platform's recorded data. Matbet's determination of the result in such cases is final.
In the event of a game malfunction — whether in slots, table games, or live casino — all affected bets and payouts may be voided. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. Matbet is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
All bonuses and promotional offers on Matbet are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Matbet takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players to exploit offers, or placing hedging bets that guarantee a return regardless of outcome — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. Their account may also be permanently closed.
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the previous bonus and its wagering progress being cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Matbet and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Matbet monitors betting activity continuously. Where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified — including but not limited to arbitrage betting designed to guarantee returns regardless of outcome — Matbet reserves the right to void affected bets, limit stake amounts, or restrict market access for the account in question.
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to defraud Matbet or other players will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure.
Matbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or any other reason that Matbet determines in its reasonable discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice.
You may close your Matbet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard withdrawal review. Accounts with active bonuses at the time of closure will have those bonuses cancelled.
Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Matbet will attempt to contact you using your registered details before any dormancy fees are applied. The dormancy policy and applicable charges are detailed in the platform's FAQ section.
